At Oiga Technologies, we understand that we could not exist without the support of the communities in which we live and work. For that reason, we want to give back to those communities.
All of our employees are granted two additional days of vacation each year to be used for volunteer work in their communities. Below are some photos from our most recent volunteer work in Medellin, Colombia and Rionegro, Colombia. Bookmark this page as it will be continually updated with our work in the community.
Through donations to the Medellin Forest Foundation, the Oiga Cares team spends time and donates supplies to children who live in poverty and unfortunately could not grow up in a stable family. Check out pictures from our most recent event, donating tickets to the Flying Squirrel, a center of fun and games, as well as food and transportation.
While Oiga Cares is focused primary on disadvantaged children in the community, we make time for our furry friends as well. In 2020, we visited the Orca Foundation in Medellin to donate food for animals that are sick and have been abandoned. Watch as the Oiga Cares team supplies not only much needed supplies but lots of hugs as well!
